Deirdra
is an employee of the Seattle Museum of Art, featured in the episode, iHire An Idiot.
She and the security guard, Roy, attempted to stop Spencer from setting up his Bottle Bot sculpture as an exhibit in the museum.
Spencer had wanted to have a sculpture in the museum so that he could fulfill an agreement with his grandfather and avoid going back to law school (Spencer promised his grandfather that he would have a sculpture in a proper museum 3 years after he quit law school or he would go back to law school).
Deirdra was actually a fan of Spencer's artwork, but told him that she couldn't allow him to display it in the museum until he had gone through the proper procedure (which would take approximately 3-4 months, and Spencer needed the sculpture to be displayed in under a week).
At the end of the episode, Gibby managed to distract Roy long enough for Spencer to sneak his Bottle Bot into the museum and convince his grandfather that it was a legitimate exhibit.
When Deirdra approached them, Spencer kissed her to prevent her from revealing the truth. Afterward, Spencer apologized and explained that he had to do that, and Deirdra replied, "Just do it again." Spencer complied.
Deirdra was played by Dale Waddington, who has previously appeared on another Dan Schneider sitcom, Victorious.
