Lahmajoun is an Armenian food originating in the early Syrian cuisine of the Levant, consisting of a round, thin piece of dough topped with minced meat (commonly beef and lamb). Lahmajoun is often served sprinkled with lemon juice and wrapped around vegetables, including pickles, tomatoes, peppers, onions, lettuce, and parsley or cilantro.
This food was mentioned in iThink They Kissed, when Spencer went to an Armenian bakery and met a woman who likes banjo music. Carly questioned Spencer about the food, enquiring as to what exactly it was, and Spencer told her, "I don't know. Some kind of food", implying that Spencer either doesn't know or doesn't care about what it is, and that the food could have been inexpensive, or that Spencer was just an adventurous eater. Afterwards, Spencer asked Carly if she wanted lahmajoun and she responded, "I'll pass."
