The Fish Feeders are Rube Goldberg Machine-like constructions that Spencer created in the episode iDon't Want to Fight so he wouldn't forget to feed his fish.

Spencer got the idea to make an automatic fish feeder after multiple goldfish of his died when he forgot to feed them. He decided to make it more complicated than necessary just because he thought it would be fun.
The first Fish Feeder he made failed as it ended up smashing the goldfish bowl instead of feeding the fish. Spencer created two more versions in the episode, one of which eventually worked. When Carly reminded him that he would still need to remember to reset it every day, Spencer became frustrated and just walked away.
