Justine is a woman who lives in Bushwell Plaza. She came to the Shay Apartment in iGo One Direction to give Spencer a package the mailman mistakenly gave her. When she saw Spencer's exercise machine he found at the junkyard, she was fascinated by it and Spencer claimed to be a personal trainer in order to impress her. However, it turned out that she was not interested in exercising, and just wanted to find a trainer for her bratty daughter Bethany, much to Spencer's dismay.
She is portrayed by Kristi Clainos.[1]
