The Samsun Gemini Max Pad is a phone that Freddie's mom buys for him in the last iCarly episode, iGoodbye. It is rather large for a modern phone and as such Freddie is made fun of for it for the entire episode, Carly and Sam make fun of it by stating "we thought it was a windshield from a bus." Gibby found the name funny as it sounds similar to a maxipad which is a menstrual hygiene product. The Samsun Gemini Max Pad looks more like an iPad, or a tablet than a phone.
It is likely a parody of the Samsung Galaxy smart phones.
