Sledgehammer is a trucker in the Seattle area who was seen only in the episode iHurt Lewbert. He talks to his fellow trucker, Porkchop on a CB Radio.
He becomes enemies with Spencer after Spencer jokes around (mostly with the names) on the CB network (his alias is the "Doorman" due to him filling in for Lewbert's position after he was injured).
When Chuck tells Sledgehammer and Porkchop where Spencer lives, they arrive to find Lewbert. Under the misconception he is Spencer, they beat Lewbert up.
Sledgehammer was portrayed by Matthew Willig.
